I am very satisfied with the supplement. I have been using it for the last 6 weeks and it has made a massive difference for me. I have more energy (I am in menopause now) and I am more emotionally stable. I have a hectic job and now that I am taking Lion's Mane, I am definitely coping much better with the pressure lately. I has helped me to focus better on the job/s to be done. I take 2 capsules in the mornings on week days and 1 in the morning over weekend.
